Hey, I’m Rob. My wife and son mean everything to me, and a lot of our time together is spent traveling. When we go somewhere new, we don’t just pass through—we get into it. The food, the culture, the small details that make a place feel the way it does.
We’ve taken surfing lessons in Waikiki, explored caves on a junk boat in Halong Bay, and found ourselves in places I probably wouldn’t have discovered on my own. Most of that is thanks to my wife—she’s an incredible planner.
I love watching my son experience new places and connect with people along the way. It’s those moments—the in-between ones—that tend to stay with you.
That way of experiencing things carries into how I photograph weddings. I’m not looking to control the day—I’m paying attention to what’s already happening.
Some moments need direction, but most don’t. Knowing when to step in and when to step back is what allows everything to feel natural without losing intention.
Every wedding moves differently, and the goal is to document it in a way that reflects how it actually felt to be there.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can stay fully present with every couple. If you’re planning a wedding in Brooklyn, NY or New Jersey and want photography that feels natural, I’d love to hear more about what you’re putting together
If you’re planning a wedding here, I’d love to hear what you’re thinking.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can keep things personal and stay present with every couple—so making sure we’re a good fit really matters.
